代々木の弱小スタートアップの挑戦

当社はコロナ禍の中なんとか生き残っている弱小スタートアップ企業です。現在は、動画などのコンテンツ事業やライブ配信事業、そして海外進出を目論んでいます。

東京都が主催するアクセラレータープログラム「X-HUB TOKYO　深センコース」に選ばれたことをきっかけに、海外からビッグチャンスをいただくことができました。

中国のTUSホールディングスという巨大企業が主催する「GO CHINA ENTERPRENEUR'S BOOTCAMP」というアクセラレーションプログラムに参加しています。そして、同プログラムの最終日である11月11日、世界中のイケてる野心的なスタートアップが集う、国際的なピッチイベントになんと！当社も参加させていただきました！！！

緊張しまくった英語ピッチ

ちなみに、英語は片言の日常会話ぐらいしか喋れません。

英語もしくは中国語でのピッチということで、事前に英語のピッチを練習したものの、本番は必要以上に時間切れを意識して、緊張しすぎて早口になり、持ち時間3分のところ1分も巻いてしまいました。

My name is Sano and Panda Vision is a video content production company in Japan.
Sorry if it's hard to hear because I'm not very good at English.

Our company is utilizing（ユティライジング） Japanese indie creators to create content for China and other countries.

MOEMO is aimed（エイムドゥ） at Japanese unique 2D content and idols!
The concept of MOEMO is a cross between beauty sense of "moe" and "emo," that mean is emotional.

Here are some of our challenges:
The first one is challenge overseas, the second one is to distribute on overseas platforms and the third one is to challenge new monetization(モネテゼイション）.

The ACG business of Anime Comics, and Games is growing significantly（シグネフケントリ） worldwide.
China is the fastest growing and most important market in the world.

This is our team.
I started my company by myself three years ago.
Now, top-notch（トップノッチ） producer from major Japanese company joined our team.
And Chinese from a major China game company also joined, too.

This is our business model.
I don't have much time, so I'll keep it simple.
We will utilize （ユーティライズ）Japanese creators /and use their unique and popular IP to grow in multiple （マルティプル）businesses such as game animation goods.

Here is our company's roadmap.
Our goal is to have an IPO both China and Japan in 5 years.

However, our business has been called reckless （レックレス）in Japan.
Also People say that it is risky to do business mainly in China.
But I don't think so. I think everyone has a chance. For example, a small company like us is working hard to participate in such a big pitch event.

We are still short of funds.
And we are also looking for partners in doing business in China.
