kaeka Inc., a company that provides a communication training service called "kaeka," announced on September 1, 2022, that it has raised 120 million ($855K) yen.

kaeka is a startup founded in 2019 by Kaori Chiba, a speechwriter and speech trainer, with the vision of “expanding ‘education on how to communicate’ nationwide and creating a society where everyone can improve their words. The company has been providing a training program on how to communicate to executives, politicians, and adults, primarily through its "kaeka" communication training service. Also, the company has also been involved in writing speech drafts for corporate general meetings, new releases events, and national elections.

Over the two and a half years since its foundation, Kaeka has proven that improving one's ability to communicate can lead to career development. Many people have learned from Kaeka and achieve successs, including promotions and advancement at work, improved sales performance, election victories, entrepreneurship, book publication, and media opportunities.

kaeka has raised 120 million yen from W ventures, ANRI, DG incubation, and others. The company will use the capital raised to for the development of training products, marketing, and recruitment of talents for expansion of its existing business.
