What you'll be doing:
<ul>
 <li>Be a key member of the technical team architecting and building products and working with the entire organization.</li>
 <li>Demonstrated excellence in software engineering including exposure to distributed systems, scalability, and algorithms.</li>
 <li>Design, develop, and deploy new systems that enhance throughput, latency, availability, and security.</li>
 <li>Apply cutting-edge research and new developments to daily work.</li>
 <li>Develop company expertise in transaction detection, processing, notification, and analytics for blockchains.</li>
 <li>Work with the blockchain dev team to support client technical inquiries.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications and skills:
<ul>
 <li>Knowledge and experience in building smart contracts using Solidity, Remix, Hardhat</li>
 <li>Knowledge and experience in ERC721, ERC20, ERC1155, OpenZeppelin</li>
 <li>Experience in working with other wallets like Phantom, WalletConnect, and Coinbase — aside from MetaMask</li>
 <li>Familiarity and experience in building gas-efficient smart contracts</li>
 <li>Familiarity or Experience in building smart contracts for ICO, IDO, NFT marketplace, whitelisting, and pre-sale, decentralized gaming apps, and DApps.</li>
 <li>Experience in deploying smart contracts in mainnet. (Good to have but not required)</li>
 <li>Experience in building network bridges (good to have but not required)</li>
 <li>Experience in developing in Solana and CandyMachine framework is a nice to have but not required</li>
 <li>Not afraid to ask questions until you have a comprehensive understanding.</li>
 <li>Creative, forward-thinking, entrepreneurial spirit. Runs territory as their own business.</li>
 <li>A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up at multiple executive levels.</li>
 <li>Flexible, adaptable, and willing to experiment with creative approaches.</li>
 <li>Proficiency with corporate productivity tools (Google Workspace, ClickUp, etc)</li>
 <li>Self-motivator with the ability to communicate with multiple clients at once in a fast-paced work environment.</li>
 <li>Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written.</li>
 <li>Ability to work self-sufficiently and remotely in a dynamic environment.</li>
 <li>Strong organizational and project management skills.</li>
