Please refer to the Head of Community job opening. We are looking for a community manager with a similar skill set but focused on Japan market.

About you

In this role, you'll be the master of all the memes, a Twitter thread master, a discord god, and a photography connoisseur to rally creative talent to explore the edge of possible in the world of NFTs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the company's vision, virtues, and desirability and communicate that to existing and new creators
• Be an ambassador, educator, and evangelist on social media, twitter spaces, discord, podcasts, etc.
• Develop the vision and steer the growth of the social media & discord community
• Source and manage internal and external content producers
• Identify and execute creative campaigns to increase the visibility of the creators
• Be able to "lift" and elevate creators' stories to the global audience
• Launch new drops with global brands and creators

Qualifications

• A total people-person who thrives on connecting, empowering, and supporting individuals in a community.
• Scrappy, self-reliant, and have a knack for understanding what motivates and grows communities
• Be 100% customer- and creator-driven
• Very strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), and ability to persuade/drive engagement with a core group of creators
• Experience in the photography market, entertainment business, or dApps is a big plus

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience running a Discord server with thousands of members
• Ability to use the best tools and practices (including GIFs, infographics, video content, etc.) to create great content
• Manage a team of moderators and community managers
• You must have excellent listening, verbal, and written skills
• Experience creating content that drives engagement
• Comfortable learning new technologies quickly, frequently testing and iterating on your ideas, and scaling things that work to maximize results
• Experience in encouraging communities to ask questions, voice concerns, create community traditions and generate ideas
• Exceptional analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
