The Role

We are looking for a Data Operations Associate to join our fast growing team. As an Data Operations Associate, you will help manage day to day data review process for financial data that has been digitized, you’ll be hands on with the data and most importantly manage a growing team of data operators with our vendors.

This will be a varied role. The ideal candidate will have a knack for management and reporting, is comfortable working with data and a proven ability to work autonomously.

You Will

• Review data entry from financial documents, like invoices
• Provide feedback on the accuracy of the data
• Monitor the (online) attendance of data operators for scheduled shifts
• Manage shift changes to accommodate changing and increasing demand
• Create reporting for internal stakeholders
• Help manage a team of contractors
• Provide performance feedback to data operators and management
• Ad-hoc projects

Ideal Profile

About You

• 1-3 years in operations or data entry management
• Experience managing shift workers
• Experience working with online teams or vendors
• Organized with high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude & growth mindset
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-evolving work environment
• Bonus: bookkeeping and/or accounting experience
• Bonus: customer service/support experience
