Riosuke is very dedicated and passionate about Visnu in extraordinary manner. Visnu's model is innovative yet very comprehensive to various beneficiaries for multiple purpose. I got to know him though community effort in Iwate after Tohoku Earthquake, and it been rewarding to engage with him.
