On construction sites the situation changes from day to day. It’s a race against time: designs and specifications change, leading to delays in documentation and the start of construction; there’s information to be shared via phone and fax; and people must travel to check on-site progress.
We create a little extra mental space within the frantic construction site environment. 1. ANDPAD
ANDPAD effectively handles the development process and boosts the productivity of on-site teams. The project started in 2016 as a way to help architects and construction companies to keep track of the progress and improve communication through cloud-based technologies.
It is also registered in NETIS (New Technology Information System) operated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and is mainly used for smartphone applications at construction sites such as new construction, remodeling, and commercial construction.
Currently, it has been introduced by more than 60,000 companies and has become the construction management application with the largest market share.
2. ANDPAD Juhachu (electric ordering system)
ANDPAD Juhachu is an electronic ordering system that complies with related laws and regulations such as the Construction Business Act and the Electronic Bookkeeping Act, has functions such as time stamps and electronic signatures, and supports not only construction contracts but also estimation and billing operations. Utilizing the gray zone elimination system, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has confirmed the legality in the construction industry.
