What to expect in your next job | At Deloitte, Emi is in charge of supporting Japanese government’s oversea development aids through Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). She’s been engaged in a project in Kenya, where she provide supports and insights to create a thriving startup ecosystem. With her management skills and research skills, Emi supported JICA and Kenya Innovation Agency, a governmental institution for accelerating glocal innovation, to host an event at a national innovation event for 200 participants at Kenya Innovation Week 2022. Prior to DTFA, Emi worked for Behavioural Science tram at EY. She was in charge of providing business development support to some major insurance companies as well as public sector, utilizing the behavioral science insights cited from the latest research. Also she experienced a project consigned by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to invite oversea Asset Management and Fintech companies. She was covering several companies to support their Japan expansion by providing them with market research and analysis, and helping them with negotiating with Japanese authorities, including an Asset Management company ranked in world top 40. |
