A.L.I. Technologies, an air mobility startup, announced on September 8, 2022, that its U.S. subsidiary, AERWINS Technologies Inc, will be listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange.
A.L.I. is a Japanese startup founded in 2016 with the vision of "changing the structure of society from the top down." A.L.I. aims to lead the world as an air mobility company, and is working on technology development and service. In 2018, soccer player Keisuke Honda invest in them through his angel fund "KSK Angel Fund."
The XTURISMO Limited Edition luxury hoverbike, which A.L.I. began developing in 2017, was born out of a desire to offer a sensational new experience of riding through space. From June 2022, the company will be accepting purchase from all over the world.
In the drone business, which A.L.I. has been working on since its day one, the company is actively engaged in providing drone-based solution services and developing the "C.O.S.M.O.S." flight operation management system.
C.O.S.M.O.S." is a system necessary to ensure the safety of airways when a large number of unmanned aircraft such as air mobility and drones are traveling and flying. A.L.I. announced that its U.S. subsidiary, AERWINS, has entered into a De-SPAC agreement with PONO Capital Corp and will list on the NASDAQ stock exchange.
