Chatwork application has 8 core functions.
1. Chat
My Chat: You can store your own files or notes here.
Chat Directly: You can chat with anyone in your contact list.
Group Chat: A Group Chat room is formed for each group or each project.
Mark Function: Mark groups as important for easy identification.
Search on Keyword: Search messages for information via keywords.
2. Task Management
Assignment: Assign your own tasks and colleague's tasks too, so everyone clearly knows their responsibilities.
Task Check: Review your project assignments according to due date.
Complete Task: Completed tasks are marked. Notification will be sent to the assignor.
3. File Share
File Upload: Upload files with many accepted formats such as Word, Excel or as Images.
File Preview: Preview files uploaded via your browser.
File Download: Download any file shared by other members on your group chat.
File Management: View all files uploaded to date.
4. Video Call
Meeting Call: Set up meeting calls with group chat members.
Meeting Video Call: Meet face-to-face via video call with group chat members.
Share Screen: Share screens in a meeting so people can follow along by watching.
Video Call on Smartphone: Easily discuss and share images on mobile devices.
5. Contact Management
Add Contacts: Search colleague via Email or Chatwork ID.
Accept or Decline: Accept or decline a contact request.
Invitations: Invite a non account holder to join Chatwork. Get notified and have them automatically added upon account creation.
6. Notification
Notification on screen: You can set up Chatwork notification on the computer screen when you have a notice. *This function may not activate depending on your browser.
Sound Notifications: Turn notification sound on or off.
Email Notifications: Set up Chatwork to send notice when an email reaches your mailbox within time.
Automatic Recipient Notifications: Set up Chatwork to automatically send notifications directly to your smartphone.
7. Profile
Avatar: Upload your own image as an avatar.
Cover photo: Upload your cover photo to display on your profile.
Chatwork ID: Set up your own discoverable unique Chatwork ID.
Contact Info: Include details such as a contact's Email and cellphone number.

Add new users: A group can freely add new members according to the registration package.
User management: Groups can categorize and review all members.
Change member's info: Group can update member info such as profile and password.
Set group name: Create group names that can be used in members’ profiles.
