井戸 義経

Raymond graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1990 with a B.A. in Mathematics and a B.S.E. in Finance/Decision Science from Wharton, and has spent the last 30 years of his career in the financial industry. He has worked for Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns and Goldman Sachs in Tokyo, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore in various product trading and sales roles until joining UBS in 2010 as co-head of structuring in Hong Kong. In 2011 he moved on to UBS Tokyo as Head of Fixed Income and Member of the Management Committee. In November 2014, he was appointed President and Representative Director of Wells Fargo Securities K.K., a position he held until his retirement in March 2021. Currently, Raymond is focusing on the activities of the R&P Foundation for Future Diversity, which he founded in 2014. He is spending his time and effort to support various organizations such iGengoLab., NPO ReBit, NPO Fair-Start, REEP Foundation, and SVP Tokyo. He has been involved with NEXUS Japan since its inception, and is a member of the organizing committee for FIT For Charity Run. His hobbies include triathlon (completed 2016 Ironman World Championship) and marathon (completed 6 major marathons in the world).
