不動産営業マンである私、曽根千暁の経歴や意外と知らない不動産の豆知識をご紹介します。
 
<h2>曽根千暁の経歴</h2>
まずは自己紹介もかねて、私の経歴を簡単にまとめました。
1990年生まれで、最終学歴としては2013年に東京の大学を卒業しています。
学生時代から不動産業界に憧れがあり、就活は不動産会社に絞ってエントリーしていて無事に希望する会社へ就職できました。
自分が思い描いていた環境に近かったこともあり、大学卒業後に就職した会社では、10年弱働きました。
 
しかし、昇進していくにつれてプレイヤーとして活躍し続けたい思いが強くなり、30代になってから独立を考えるように。そして2022年に会社を退職し、個人事業主としての活動をスタートしました。
 
現在も個人事業主として仕事を請け負っており、不動産分野で活動しています。
 
<h2>不動産の豆知識</h2>
私の自己紹介だけではつまらないので、不動産の豆知識もいくつかご紹介します。
<ul>
 <li>不動産広告の駅から徒歩1分は80mに統一</li>
 <li>8帖以上でLDKの表記が可能（DKは4.5畳以上8畳以下）</li>
 <li>建物完成から1年以上経過したら誰も住んでいなくても中古物件になる</li>
 <li>地方によって1畳の広さが異なる</li>
</ul>
意外と知らない方が多いので、物件探しの参考になれば幸いです。
