<h1>What we're looking for</h1>
<p>Please refer to the <a href="https://www.notion.so/Head-of-Community-250c3f3943df436095601232b07701bc">Head of Community</a> job opening. We are looking for a community manager with a similar skill set but focused on Japan market.</p>

<h1>About you</h1>
<p>In this role, you'll be the master of all the memes, a Twitter thread master, a discord god, and a photography connoisseur to rally creative talent to explore the edge of possible in the world of NFTs.</p>

<h1>Responsibilities</h1>
<ul>
  <li>Develop a strong understanding of the company's vision, virtues, and desirability and communicate that to existing and new creators</li>
  <li>Be an ambassador, educator, and evangelist on social media, twitter spaces, discord, podcasts, etc.</li>
  <li>Develop the vision and steer the growth of the social media &amp; discord community</li>
  <li>Source and manage internal and external content producers</li>
  <li>Identify and execute creative campaigns to increase the visibility of the creators</li>
  <li>Be able to "lift" and elevate creators' stories to the global audience</li>
  <li>Launch new drops with global brands and creators</li>
</ul>

<h1>Qualifications</h1>
<ul>
  <li>A total people-person who thrives on connecting, empowering, and supporting individuals in a community.</li>
  <li>Scrappy, self-reliant, and have a knack for understanding what motivates and grows communities</li>
  <li>Be 100% customer- and creator-driven</li>
  <li>Very strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), and ability to persuade/drive engagement with a core group of creators</li>
  <li>Experience in the photography market, entertainment business, or dApps is a big plus</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Preferred Skills and Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
  <li>Strong experience running a Discord server with thousands of members</li>
  <li>Ability to use the best tools and practices (including GIFs, infographics, video content, etc.) to create great content</li>
  <li>Manage a team of moderators and community managers</li>
  <li>You must have excellent listening, verbal, and written skills</li>
  <li>Experience creating content that drives engagement</li>
  <li>Comfortable learning new technologies quickly, frequently testing and iterating on your ideas, and scaling things that work to maximize results</li>
  <li>Experience in encouraging communities to ask questions, voice concerns, create community traditions and generate ideas</li>
  <li>Exceptional analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills</li>
</ul>
